ND Precision Products offer a laser welding services for the modification and repair of damaged or worn tooling. Workpieces of up 350kg can be processed quickly and precisely on 3 axes (x, y, z) and rotationally. The high-quality weld and stable process ensures that the repair or modification does not affect the properties of the tooling material.

All ferrous material can be welded as we can make our own welding rods from your certified material.

Case Study
We used this method of making our own rods when we had to repair holes in meteorite jewellery. Rods were cut from the meteorite and used to repair the voids in the meteorite jewellery.
